  If I could put a - star I would. Tonight we ordered on line 1 and a half hour before the required pick up time of 7.15pm. Our order had not been started when we arrived to pick it up. We were told it would be ready in 10 to 15 minutes. It was not ready for another half an hour. What annoyed me more was customers who had ordered in the shop (mind you they had been waiting between 30 and 50 minutes) were all served in front of us. I really don't know why we bothered ordering in advance as it turns out. Obviously the staff were overwhelmed with orders and had no service protocols to follow. I appreciate the staff were doing the best they could be really PIZZA HUT GET YOUR ACT INTO GEAR. Our pizzas were for a suprise Birthday dinner which ended up not being a suprise. Very dissapointed as we had other choices for pizza but wanted to support our local business.

  Worst customer service ever! They refuse to deliver outside the single suburb (I literally live a 5.5 minute drive away- I timed it!) So, you have to pick up, your order is never ready on time so you stand around waiting with other increasingly frustrated customers as the staff ignore you, they charge the most random surcharges seemingly on a whim, they've f@$#ed up the last three orders I made and I've witnessed dozens of other unhappy customers arguing about order stuff ups. The food's ok, but not up to eagle boys regular standard (skimpy with toppings and sometimes not very fresh). I miss my old eagle boys franchiser in Brisbane! Can't wait till someone opens one in Coomera or Pimpama!! I don't think this one would survive the competition but the residents would be much happier.

  Fail Fail FAIL!!! Cashier at front desk had poor comprehension of English, so took far too long to order. Even after the time taken to order, there were multiple errors made in final product. Food was of such poor quality, I ended up having a peanut butter sandwich instead.

  Same as the last review, wish I could give a zero star. Ordered for lunch while at work, waited the appropriate time (after the order confirmation said) then went to pick it up, only to wait in the shop for 20 minutes more without an apology. Wasted the whole lunch break.
